August 31, 2021, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. Central – Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission Micromobility Webinar

Today, our NW Indiana communities are being approached by companies looking to take advantage of the growing micromobility market with the introduction of pay-to-use scooters, bicycles, mopeds and other electric-generated devices.

In response to this rapidly developing technology, NIRPC will be hosting a Webinar on Tuesday, August 31 at 11 a.m. Central. This free, one-hour session will provide an overview of micromobility, current issues with their deployment and emerging policies by municipal agencies to deal with their presence. Drive Clean Indiana will also be participating in the presentation.
